What you want to know before you start.
What counts towards my hectare limit?
The total area of all your parcels. One large farm or fifty small ones — what counts is the sum. If a new parcel would take you over the limit, the app tells you how many hectares are left; you can buy extra hectares or move to a bigger plan.Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from Billing in the app. Monthly and yearly plans both stop at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep access until then. If you signed up as a consumer, you can also withdraw within 14 days (see the Terms).How does Enterprise pricing work?
We size it on hectares, number of users and support level. We reply within one business day, and the written proposal follows the first call. Daily high-detail imagery is included.Is hardware included or separate?
Plans cover the platform only. Drone surveys and drip-irrigation systems are quoted separately; an Enterprise contract can include them.What happens if I lose connectivity on the field?
AGROGIS runs in your phone's browser and can be added to your home screen (it is a Progressive Web App, PWA). It needs a connection to open and to load data. If the signal drops while the app is open, what is already on screen stays there, and the jobs, spray and fertiliser records, issues, expenses and stock entries you save are kept on the phone and sent by themselves when the connection returns; photos need the connection. Opening or reloading the app without a connection, on a device where AGROGIS has been opened before, shows a “You are offline” page, which reloads by itself when the connection comes back.Is there a free trial?
Yes — a 30-day free trial with up to 10 hectares and no credit card: satellite monitoring from Sentinel-2 and Landsat, field management, jobs and the spray register. Weather, field guidance, VRA prescriptions and EUDR reports need a paid plan. When the 30 days end, choose Basic or Premium to keep working.
