Cookies Policy

01 ·Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Local storage and session storage are a similar technology: information saved on your device. Under Directive 2002/58/EC and Romanian Law 506/2004, a site may store or read such information without your consent only when it is strictly necessary for a service you asked for; for anything else we ask for your agreement.

02 ·Strictly necessary (no consent needed)

• Sign-in session — local storage, sb-…-auth-token: keeps you signed in; removed when you sign out.
• "Remember this device" for two-step sign-in — local storage, agrogis.mfa.trust.…: only if you tick it; expires after 30 days.
• Your cookie choice — local storage, agrogis-cookie-consent: remembers whether you clicked Accept or Reject non-essential.
• Statistics refused — local storage, plausible_ignore: set when you do not accept statistics, so that Plausible does not count the visit.
• Active organisation — local storage, active_org_id: the organisation you are working in.
• Field-guidance checkpoint — local storage, agrogis.guidance.session.…: while a field-guidance session is running, the route driven so far, the area covered, the parcel and the driver's name, so that an interrupted session can be recovered; removed when the session is saved or discarded, and no more than 5 are kept on a device.
• Steps in progress — session storage, deleted when you close the tab: for example where to return after sign-in, a pending team invitation, a Google sign-in in progress, a payment in progress.

03 ·Your preferences

These remember choices you make in the app; they are not used for advertising or to follow you across other sites.

• The sidebar:state cookie — the only cookie the app sets: remembers whether the side menu is open; 7 days.
• Language — agrogis-locale.
• Display — theme (light or dark), filters and map views remembered on some pages, hints you have closed.
• Installing the app — pwa-install-dismissed-at, pwa-install-accepted and agrogis-visit-count (a visit count, so that the install suggestion appears only from the third visit).
• Parcel previews — a copy of thumbnails, kept for up to 7 days, so that pages load faster.

04 ·Statistics (only with your consent)

We use Plausible Analytics (Plausible Insights OÜ, Estonia) to count visits to the website. The script loads only after you click Accept in the cookie banner; if you reject or make no choice, it does not load. Plausible sets no cookies, does not store your IP address and counts visits with an identifier that changes every day, so it cannot recognise you from one day to the next. 05 ·Other companies' pages and services

• Stripe: checkout and the billing portal open on Stripe's pages, where Stripe sets its own cookies under its cookies policy. No Stripe script is loaded on our pages.
• Google: if you choose to sign in with Google, Google's sign-in page sets its own cookies.
• Maps: when you open a map, your browser downloads images from Esri, OpenStreetMap and Cloudflare; those requests pass them your IP address and the map area.

06 ·What we do not use

• Google Analytics or other Google tracking products;
• Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel or other social-media remarketing pixels;
• third-party advertising cookies (DoubleClick, AdRoll, Criteo, etc.);
• fingerprinting, session recording (Hotjar, FullStory) or heatmaps.

07 ·How to change your choice

If you have an account, click "Show banner again" in Settings → Privacy & data and choose again. Otherwise, clear this site's data in your browser: the banner appears again on your next visit.
